- 2- liter milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons pistachio
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter/ghee
- 3 tablespoons almonds(chopped)

Take a saucepan pour in milk and heat. Once, the milk starts boiling then reduce milk to half its actual quantity on medium flame.
Now heat the milk for 10 minutes to reduce 1/3 of its actual quantity on low flame. Then add lemon juice and stir well. You will see milk starts to curdle. add the sugar and heat on medium flame, then stir well for a while.
Add the ghee or butter and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame but make sure it does not stick to the pan. When the mixture starts to thicken, add cardamom powder, chopped almond, and chopped pistachios to it. Grease the tray and spread the mixture evenly and covered it for 20 minutes on room temperature. Then cut it into the pieces of any shape. Store in an airtight container.
