Add the ghee or butter and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame but make sure it does not stick to the pan. When the mixture starts to thicken, add cardamom powder, chopped almond, and chopped pistachios to it. Grease the tray and spread the mixture evenly and covered it for 20 minutes on room temperature.
